The
October Quickstrike release of the Black/Varsity Red. Much like the
‘Blackout’, this all-new Foamposite thought featured a solid black
Foamposite upper, but changed things up with a solid Varsity Red outsole
as well on the accompanying detail on the tongue and heel. Three years
later in 2010, Nike Sportswear returned with a similar Black/Red
colorway (known as the ‘Cough Drop’),
providing a bit of distinction with a slightly darker, translucent
outsole. If you’re still on the hunt for the original Nike Air
Foamposite One Black/Varsity Red of 2007, there are some available pairs
right now on eBay.
